- cpu-boost: Avoid boosting over user set max freq
- Always build xor-neon

- Hardcode 1 to foreground tasks
- Fixup CPU topology
- Limit default max freq at initcall
- Enable HAVE_MOVE_PUD(~19x speed up)
- Disabled smp2p_sleepstate wakelock (Fixes Deep Sleep Issues)
- cpu-boost: Use WQ_HIGHPRI
- Other Stuff check my Commit history

Note:
- Normal Version with Stock freqs
- Efficient Version with Efficient freqs
- NewFod for Roms with new fod implementation
- This Version Support Screen Oc , To enabled it you just need to add "-69hz" in zip name
